Resin cast busbar  trunking system conductor adopts rectangle excellent electrolytic copper which comply with GB5585.2-1985 standard. This series provides various specifications such as 3 phase 3 wires, 3 phase 4 wires and 3 phase 5 wires. ZDFS series adopts insulated resin made with special compound resin and selected mixed material combined pouring and seal aluminum or copper.

 The resin is flam-resisting without halogen and no poisonous gas will be produced. No metal enclosure and are able to work under temperature -40°C environment. It has excellent water-proof performance and can work in water long term. Good fire-resisting performance make it able to work in 950-1000°C for 90mins. Also, it can work in the environment with explosion danger and corrosion liquid. The product has high mechanical strength can take up to 6 joule mechanical shock.

Rated working current is from 100A-6300A, Protection degree of enclosure is up to IP68. Besides, it has features like fire-proof, water-proof, anti-corrosion, safe and easy to installation and almost free of maintenance which can insure power supply uninterrupted. Thus the products can be used widely in public facility, high-rise building and other field with explosion danger.

We can provide output unit in any position of busway. The current range of tap-off unit is from 5-1600A with protection degree IP68
